We do not provide cash refunds or payment reversals to the original mode of payment.
Instead, eligible returns will be processed in the form of a:
Coupon Code— equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping and COD charges), issued as a unique coupon code.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return or exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order
- We will deliver the exchange product within 7 days.

Products bought during Sale or with Discount Codes are not eligible for returns, but may be eligible for size exchange (subject to availability).

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Share your Order ID and reason for return/exchange, along with clear photos if it’s a damage/defect case.

Returns will only be accepted upon approval of a quality check.
Reverse Pickup & Shipping
- Customers must be required to self-ship the product. We'll share the return address and instructions via email.
