Shipping Locations

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.
International shipping will be introduced soon – stay tuned via our newsletter or Instagram.

Order Processing Time

Each piece is packed with love, and that takes a little time.

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

  • During festive seasons, restocks, or high-demand periods, processing might take slightly longer – but we will keep you informed every step of the way.

Shipping Time & Delivery

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include a flat COD fee of ₹50.

Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, we’ll send you an email and SMS with your tracking details. You can also track your order anytime from the “Track My Order” section on our website.

Didn’t receive tracking details after 3 days? Drop us a message at hello@ramyajaipur.com and we’ll help you out right away.

Delays in Delivery

We do our best to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. However, unforeseen delays can occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Unexpected volume surge

  • Issues with courier partners

In such cases, we’ll keep you informed and support you until your parcel reaches safely.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

  • We will contact you to reconfirm your address.

  • Re-shipping may incur additional charges as per actual courier cost.

Please double-check your shipping address and contact number during checkout to avoid this.

Split Shipments

If you’ve ordered multiple items, we may ship them separately to ensure faster delivery depending on availability. Don’t worry—you’ll only be charged once for shipping (if applicable).
