How do I know what size to order?
We offer a detailed size guide with measurements for each product. Since we work with natural cotton fabrics, there might be a slight variation — but our fits are true to Indian body types. If you’re still unsure, feel free to DM or email us for personalized assistance.
Will the colors fade or bleed after washing?
Our products are made using traditional hand-block and screen printing techniques. We recommend a gentle hand wash in cold water for the first few washes. Slight color bleeding is natural for handcrafted pieces and a sign of authenticity — but they soften and settle beautifully over time.
Are your products sustainable or handmade?
Yes! We believe in slow fashion. Most of our pieces are made with locally-sourced cotton, traditional dyes, and ethical stitching practices. By wearing Ramya, you support small artisans and women-led tailoring units.
02. Shipment
How long does shipping take once I place an order?
We usually process and dispatch orders within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 5–9 working days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details via SMS or email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link on your registered email or phone number. You can click on the link to view live updates. If you face any issues, just drop us a message on WhatsApp or email us at ramyajaipurofficial@gmail.com — we’re happy to help!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders. For COD (Cash on Delivery), a small shipping fee may apply. Details will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
03. The order
Can I cancel my order ?
You will be able to cancel your order anytime before the order is shipped from our warehouse through the order summary table after logging in to your account.
We will request you to try our outfit, we offer an easy return & replacement policy!
Is my order confirmed ?
You will get an order confirmation message after you successfully place your order with us, the same will be shared via mail and WhatsApp. In case you still have not received it you can reach out us at ramyajaipurofficial@gmail.com
When will I receive the invoice for my order?
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways. The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice. The second is to get physical copy of invoice with the order.
04. Returns, exchanges and complaints
I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please email us at ramyajaipurofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID and a picture of the item within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or store credit as per your preference.
How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, the return or exchange is processed within 3–5 working days. Store credits are sent via email, and exchanges are shipped out as soon as your return is approved.
Can I return or exchange a product if it doesn’t fit me well?
Of course! We understand how important the perfect fit is. You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Just head to our Return section or drop us an email, and we’ll guide you through the simple steps.
