Return & Exchange Policy

At Ramya Jaipur, every product is handcrafted with care, carrying a piece of Jaipur's art and elegance. However, if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We believe in creating a delightful shopping experience and understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be needed. Please read our policy below to know how it works.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Return or exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Products bought during Sale or with Discount Codes are not eligible for returns, but may be eligible for size exchange (subject to availability).

  • Customized or Made-to-Order items are not returnable or exchangeable.

What You Can Return or Exchange

Eligible:

  • Wrong size (if exchange size is available)

  • Wrong product received

  • Defective or damaged item (must be reported with images within 48 hours of delivery)

Not Eligible:

  • Used or washed items

  • Color variation due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Products purchased in clearance or final sale

  • Accessories and Free Gifts

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Email us at ramyajaipurofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
Step 2: Share your Order ID and reason for return/exchange, along with clear photos if it’s a damage/defect case.
Step 3: We will review and guide you with the next steps.

Returns will only be accepted upon approval of Quality Check.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Customers must be required to self-ship the product. We'll share the return address and instructions via email.

  • In case of self-shipping, please use a trackable courier service and share tracking details with us.

Exchange Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your exchange will be shipped out within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, we’ll offer you a store credit valid for 1 month.

Refunds & Store Credit

We do not offer monetary refunds. Instead:

  • Eligible returns will be compensated via Store Credit (Coupon Code) of the same value (minus shipping and COD charges).

  • Store credit is applicable for all purchases made on ramyajaipur.com and is valid for 1 month.

Damaged or Defective Product

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Email us with unboxing images/videos within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Upon verification, we’ll offer you a replacement or credit, no questions asked.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order by emailing us.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
